Amidst the chaos of trying to divide my attention over various interests(music, dance, breathing, anatomy and surfing) yoga created a sense of balance. My practice has always brought me back into my body and mind.

In my classes I provide my students the space to become more conscious, explore, relax, restore, get challenged and find this sense of balance. Educated in different styles such as yin, power, vinyasa, yin/yang yoga and pranayama I have been teaching yoga for over five years. An ever burning interest in the human body and mind leads me to continue my development on and off the mat every day.
