Massage

After many years of being interested in the human body and its functioning I decided to follow my interest and learn about massage. Helping others relax is something I do through my yoga classes and now also through my massages.

Currently I offer relaxing massage and sports massage, which have many benefits such as improving blood circulation, relieving muscle fatigue and soreness, encouraging lymph drainage, stimulating the nervous system and of course promoting general relaxation.
